I accompany you throughout your inner journey. I stand by your side at every moment, at every step — as a devoted and loyal guide, a kind and protective companion. My approach is a holistic one, for all the threads that link the body, the energy, the thought, the mind, the spiritual, the soul and even the social dimension are tightly bound and interdependent. Any constructive approach must therefore be measured, precise, humble, honest and sincere.

Originally from Brittany, my Celtic roots have always nourished my deep relationship with Nature — with both the visible and the invisible. From my childhood under the shadow of menhirs and dolmens, the living world has fascinated me; places speak to me, cycles call out to me, mysteries stir me. My extreme sensitivity is fed each day by my own experiences, by the paths I walk, and by my studies. Whether it be Naturopathy, energetic work, breath, vocal work, or traditional therapeutic practices such as Kambo, I always carry the same thirst to learn and to understand. The same desire moves me to draw out their essence — and the same pleasure to share their benefits.

Each accompaniment is unique, because each request is unique too. No standard answer. No off-the-rack solutions — only bespoke ones. The clearly stated needs are always different. The dimensions vary. The responses adapt. The tools are specific, whether deep listening, natural plants, breathwork, regression, rituals or energetic practices. Everything is at the service of a single process dedicated to the person, to their request, to their need at this instant — and the response, marked by respect, must necessarily be the fruit of a mastered discernment. The space thus created allows each person to feel, to touch reality with their fingertips, to appreciate their own capacities and, gradually, to find or rediscover their inner authority and step over the difficulty. What must be understood cannot — under any circumstances — be imposed from outside. It is only from within that the work can be done, through direct experience: guided, perceived in the energy, in full awareness and total lucidity.

My work is for people — for all people. Men, women, young or less young; but beyond humans, my actions also concern places — through processes of subtle cleansing, clarification and harmonisation. The aim is to free the invisible hindrances, to lift unnecessary weights, to remove what clutters, to untie the jams that keep energy from flowing fully — and so to support the return of clarity and vitality, and to anchor that dynamic.
